"The stone crusher struck an unoccupied parked car causing significant damage.

"The road was closed for a time to facilitate the recovery of the machine."

PSNI Road Policing tweeted around the time of the incident that: "The Ballynakilly Road in Coalisland is closed from Tamnamore roundabout to Drumaspil Rd junction as a lorry has shed its load."

A spokesperson for Powerscreen said: "We are aware that there's been an incident and it is being investigated by the relevant departments.

"We are dealing with whatever authorities need to be involved."

They also said the machine involved was a 'mobile screen' which is not unlike a 'stone crusher'.
