Cookstown: Mid Ulster Pride parade traffic diversions announced

Roadusers have been advised of traffic diversions in Cookstown today (Saturday, August 12) due to the Mid Ulster Pride parade.

A PSNI spokesperson said local diversions will be in place until the parade – due to take place between 1pm and 2pm – has concluded.

The parade starts at Fairhill Road before making its way to Oldtown Street, then back to Fairhill Road to finish.

“Motorists should allow additional time to complete their journeys safely,” the spokesperson added.
