Motorists are being advised to seek an alternative route following a road traffic collision in Ballymena this afternoon (Wednesday, April 5).

Commenting on the incident in a statement issued to the Ballymena Times, a Police Service of Northern Ireland spokesperson said: “Motorists are advised that the Cushendall Road in Ballymena is currently closed following a single-vehicle road traffic collision.
"Diversions are now in place. Please seek alternate routes for your journey.”
