Instead the local demonstration will be hosted by Mourne Royal Black District Chapter No.8 in Kilkeel.

On the same day Banbridge will play host to the City of Belfast Royal Black Institution, who this year have decided on Banbridge for their venue. Their parade will start at noon with the return parade at 4.30pm.

Before leavingl, The Sir Knights of Banbridge Royal Black District Chapter will parade through Banbridge leaving from the Orange Hall at 8.45am. On returning from Kilkeel the local Preceptories will have a short parade at 6.30pm.

“We would advise locals to be mindful of the anticipated traffic disruptions throughout the day,” said a spokesman.
