Tower plans 52 new rooms
A LONDONDERRY city centre hotel will tower over the urban skyline if a plan to build a four storey extension goes ahead.
The owners of the Tower Hotel, at 17-19 Butcher Street, have lodged an application for 52 new rooms.
The application is for “planning permission for a four storey extension to the rear of existing hotel consisting of 52 no. bedrooms together with associated site works.” The hotel’s neighbours have been notified.
