‘Stay safe’ urges local MLA

Recently passing on his best wishes ahead of Christmas, he said: “I would like to take this opportunity to wish all my constituents a happy and peaceful Christmas and a prosperous New Year. The holiday period is a great time to spend with family and friends and it also offers a time for much needed relaxation.

“I hope that everyone has an enjoyable time over this festive period and I would ask everyone to also be careful and keep themselves safe.

“ It is of utmost importance that nobody drinks and drives because this type of behaviour could lead you to seriously live to regret your actions with the possibility of causing a tragedy on our roads.

“The importance of road safety cannot be overlooked and I would encourage people to always take necessary precautionswhen out and about this Christmas and New Year.”
