Sprucefield resurfacing

RESURFACING work is due to take place at the Sprucefield roundabout and on the on-slip between the roundabout and the M1 at the weekend (Friday 25 May to Sunday 27 May).

On behalf of Roads Service, Amey will complete works on 4,000m2 of carriageway which has reached the end of its useful life.

From 10pm on Friday night to 7am on Saturday morning lane closures will be in place on the roundabout; the M1 on-slip from the roundabout will also be closed during this period with traffic diverted via junction 8 Blaris. From 11pm on Saturday night to 8am on Sunday, the works must be carried out under a total road closure to ensure the safety of both the workforce and travelling public.
