Six-month ban from driving
A Lurgan man was banned from driving for six months after having six penalty points endorsed on his licence.
Christopher Arthur McDonagh (23) of Bell’s Row Court was fined £300, with six points for driving without insurance on June 7 last year. He already had eight points and on the tot up system he was banned for six months.
There was a certificate of insurance in the name of the defendant’s father. He believed he was insured but was not.
