Sex offences case is adjourned
The trial of a 66-year-old Ballinderry man, who was charged with a number of historical sexual offences against two males, has been adjourned and
is now due to take place at Craigavon Crown Court in May 11. Winston Smyth, Moira Road, faces assault charges towards a male and three charges of gross indecency towards a child between 1973 and 1981.
