Schools urged to get creative
Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council is challenging schools and youth groups to make a Christmas tree entirely from recycled materials.
A spokesperson said: “Get artistic with any type of recycled materials. Not only will you be creating a little seasonal sparkle . . . you will also be helping the environment by preventing waste going to landfill.
“Make your tree by Friday 18 December and email a photo of your finished festive masterpiece to [email protected].”
