Runners on their marks for charity
The Rathfriland Runners are holding a charity fundraising event this Saturday (June 11).
Supported by Rathfriland Regeneration Group, the planned runathon, at the Milestone , Newry Street, will raise cash for chosen charities Pips and Cancer Focus.
Group members will be taking to treadmills from 10am-7pm.
At the runathon those signing up for the Rathfriland 10k (August 17, 7pm) can benefit from an early-bird fee of £13.
Otherwise entry is £15 from 5pm on the day and £5 for the 5k fun-run.
