Rider had never held driving licence

A 36-year-old man who has never held a driving licence received a three month ban last Wednesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court.

Alan Joseph Rock, whose address was given as Lakelands, Craigavon, was also fined £250 and ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy for driving without insurance on February 28 this year.

For not having a driving licence he was fined £100.

The court heard that at 4.20pm police saw the defendant wearing motorcycle gear and standing beside a scrambler bike at Drumellan Gardens in Craigavon.
