Rathfriland man to contest charge
A Rathfriland man has denied an assault charge, declined Crown Court trial and elected for trial at Banbridge Magistrates Court.
James Warburton (19) of Spelga Drive, is charged with assaulting a male on December 29 last year and occasioning him actual bodily harm.
The case was adjourned until October 20 when a contest date will be set .
