The community of Dromore were treated to a trio of Christmas delights organised by Dromore High School’s Partent Teacher Association, on Wednesday, November 30.
The trio in question were Mrs Linda Edwards of the Winsdor Home Bakery in Banbridge who demonstrated superb Christmas cake decorating skills, Mr Derek Patterson, celebrity chef of The Plough Hillsborough who treated everyone to some tips for a Christmas dinner with a difference and Mrs Romaine Hodgen from Flowerworks who put together a number of amazing Christmas flower arrangements, all while you wait.
All three demonstrations were thoroughly enjoyable and supplemented by an excellent supper provided by the PTA.
A number of fantastic prizes were brought along by the professionals and some meat products were kindly donated by M A Quail Dromore. These were raffled for the audience to win.
The PTA would like to express their sincere appreciation to Linda, Derek, Romaine and Quails for their generosity with their time and their produce.
