Proposal falls foul of Planners
A PROPOSED development of apartments, retail units and offices at Commercial Road, Banbridge has fallen foul of Planners.
The DoE agency brought a refusal before the district council’s Public Services Liaison Committee last week, the matter having been previously deferred for a month.
The proposal was for the erection of 179 apartments over six retail units and four offices at street level, and associated parking, north of and adjacent to No.18 Commercial Road (North West of and adjacent to No.28 Scarva Street and bounded by Meeting House road to the North West).
