Taxi bay enforcement in Carrickergus town centre
The advice comes from DUP Councillor Marc Collins after a number of motorists faced penalties in relation to Lancasterian Street.
Cllr Collins says the Department for Infrastructure has advised that this area is now enforceable and tickets will be issued to cars parked there.

Hide AdHe added: “We have been contacted by constituents who have received a PCN (Parking Charge Notice) for parking in the taxi bays in Lancasterian Street in Carrickfergus.
“Please note, we have also been advised that Blue Badge holders are not permitted to park in this area.”
