Man left salon without paying

The incident took place on Commercial Road around 4pm on Saturday, May 11.

The male is described as being between 27 and 29 years old, of medium build and tanned complexion with brown, spiked hair and a tribal tattoo on his upper right arm.

Witnesses are asked to call police on 0845 600 8000.
