Pair expected in court on human trafficking charges

Both are due to appear by video link from Laganside at Dungannon Magistrates Court later today.
The charges relate to a major operation into an organised crime group, which has been trafficking people throughout Northern Ireland for sexual exploitation, carried out by detectives from the Police Service of Northern Ireland’s Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Unit, supported by over 150 officers from across the organisation as well as Criminal Justice partners.
As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
