Oh Christmas Tree! FinvoyAdvent Festival

You will have heard of flower festivals but have you ever been to a Christmas Tree Festival? The Church will be decorated with real and artificial trees which have been decorated, by the Church organisations, families, local businesses and other groups. Each tree will portray part of the Story of Our Saviour’s life. Musicians and soloists from the local community will play as you walk around the church.

The Festival’s opening service is on Thursday 28th November at 7pm. Carrowreagh Primary School Choir will be taking part during this service. At the close of the service Dr John Johnston will switch on the lights of the Christmas Trees to commence the festival.

Donations made during the festival are going towards the refurbishment and extension of the Church Hall.
