New team to drive forward local businesses

BNI Lisburn has appointed a new Leadership Team, which will take up the helm and drive forward new business for members in Lisburn.

The Lisburn Chapter will be headed up by Andrew Dobbin, with Cathy Brown undertaking the role of Secretary Treasurer and Stephen Salley as Membership Coordinator. BNI Lisburn is made up of 22 local businesses, which span over 22 different sectors.

In the last year, the chapter generated over £500,000 as a result of business done amongst members.

Business Network International (BNI) is an organisation which is “the world’s largest referral organisation with over 150,000 members worldwide. It was founded in 1985 by Dr. Ivan Misner for the primary purpose of building powerful referral networks.

BNI Members meet weekly with the prime intention of passing each other opportunities for new business through ‘word of mouth referrals’. This is the most cost-effective form of advertising possible. BNI Lisburn holds is held every Friday morning at the Lisburn Civic Centre.
