New season for Victoria Club

The Victoria Club, founded by Councillor Ian Burns, runs from September to May and provides live music each Thursday afternoon between 2pm and 4pm in Banbridge Orange Hall.

Ian said “I started this Club as I felt that there was a real need to provide such an outlet for local people.

“The Club gives everyone a warm welcome and those attending can enjoy music, dancing, a cup of tea and a bit of chat. Attendees can also attend other events such as Christmas Dinners, Burns Night Suppers, St Patrick’s Day celebrations, Easter Lunches and Day Trips.”

The Club will be starting back on Thursday 11th September at 2pm with Trevor Dixon providing the live music.

Ian stated “even if you can’t dance, you can come along and just listen to the music and enjoy some friendly banter and a cup of tea. “ Admission is £3.
