The Forbidden Garden will be on the top floor of the night club and will combine “all the fun of an outdoor beer garden and smoking area with the luxury and comfort of the three VIP lounges.”

The lounge will feature a cocktail bar and will be fully heated with inside decor and smoking will be allowed. It may also feature live music.

The launch coincides with the Coach’s “first birthday” since it was bought over last year.

A new VIP lounge will be launching on the same night as the Coach put on a “Prohibition Party” to celebrate the milestone.

The DJ box has been moved a third of the way into the dance floor, making room for the new VIP lounge behind it, under the big screen.

The Forbidden Garden will also be available to hire for private functions.

The Christmas functions will continue to take place in the function room in the Coach Classic but the Forbidden Garden will be open while these are taking place.

The Forbidden Garden is also being billed as “a perfect hideaway for any couple celebrating their wedding in Coach Classic or it would make the perfect location for any party you’re planning this Christmas.”

The Coach has gone from strength to strength since it was brought under new ownership. Owner, Victoria Anderson said: “We want to compete against the top night clubs in Northern Ireland and be up there with the best.

“We have brought some incredible music acts to the Coach in the last year including Laidback Luke and Nicky Romero - the number seven ranked DJ in the world.

“A year ago we never thought we would be this successful.

“In the summer we probably had a full house on Wednesday and Saturday for three weeks in a row. We’ve got a great team behind us and we hope the Forbidden Garden can take us to the next level.”

Part of the reason for this success is the Coach’s offers including return bus travel.

These run from Belfast, Newcastle and Newry among other places.

Paul said: “We started this in the summer and are continuing this service through our Facebook page - Coach Nightclub Express - where a number is available to phone. We’re probably getting over 100 people in each night from the buses alone.”

The Coach offers returns travel and entry to the night club for £15 per person.
