New centre to house breastfeeding group

Banbridge Health and Care Centre is to house a Breastfeeding Support Group launched by the Southern Health and Social Care Trust to replace the group that previously met at the Iveagh Suite,

Open to breastfeeding mums, mums-to-be and toddlers, the group meets every second and fourth Wednesday in the centre’s Bronte Conference Room.

“Breastfeeding support groups offer invaluable support to mothers who are breast feeding their babies or who are planning to breastfeed,” a spokesperson said.
