National Puzzle Day at Gaelscoil
Last week, in preparation for National Puzzle Day the children at Gaelscoil an Chaistil put their brains on full power!
They enjoyed challenging each other at literacy puzzles and games, exercising their mathematic problem solving and thinking skills, improving their ICT ability and expanding their knowledge of the curriculum.
Robaí Ó hEireamhoin, ICT Co-ordinator, explained, “We gave children the opportunity to create and enjoy a wide range of different puzzles, such as the crossword, word search, Sudoku, riddles and some new brain busting interactive puzzles on the computer.”
