MP praises Young Enterprise event

This is an annual event organised by the Young Enterprise Organisation for young people from post primary schools to set up and run a business initiative in the hope that in years to come it will create an entrepreneurial spiritt.

Speaking following the event Mr. Simpson said, “this event was a hugely successful event with hundreds of young people in attendance.

“I was very impressed with the level of business activity and the commitment of the young people to their enterprise initiative.

“It was very impressive to hear them discuss with me their cash flow projections, about their profit and loss accounts and their marketing and selling techniques.

“I have no doubt that in years to come this training will help young people to follow their dream of business creation.”
