Motorcycle club donates to USPCA

MEMBERS of the Rathfriland Motorcycle Club recently completed a ride out to the Newry branch of the USPCA and delivered a donation of approximately 200kg of dried food and trays of tinned food to their facilities just outside Bessbrook.

The donation was very much appreciated by the staff of the USPCA whose motto is “Promoting the Welfare of all Animals Through Education and Enforcement”.

The ride out left Rathfriland Town Square and, aided by a couple of cars to transport the goods, proceeded to Bessbrook were they got a warm welcome from Philip Burns, the enforcement officer.
