Mobile phone antennas approved

NINE new mobile phone antennas have been approved for installation at two different sites in Coleraine.

At last Tuesday night's Planning Committee meeting it was recommened that three new O2 antennas be approved to be added to the existing Vodafone tower in Lower Newmills Road.

A replacement streetworks pole, three Vodafone antennas and three O2 antennas have also been approved for Kyle's Brae in the town.

THE installation of four pole mounted antennas at the Arqiva Transmitting Station on Dundooan Road, Portrush along with an equipment cabin, dish antenna, and feeder gantry for BBC DAB has been approved by the Planning Service.
