Meal held to honour local councillors

A special meal was held on Monday 15 June, as Kinallen Rural Community Development Association (KRCDA) honoured a number Banbridge District Councillors

KRCDA Chairman, Mr Geoffrey Dickson said: “The Community group felt that it fitting that we honoured our councillors who have worked tirelessly, as members of the former Banbridge District Council and we are indebted to their contribution to the Kinallen community.”

KRCDA Secretary, Mr Philip Gallagher added: “KRCDA were particularly saddened to lose the services of former Councillor Olive Mercer, who worked tirelessly with all the groups under the umbrella of KRCDA and with her fellow Councillors.”
