Man suspected of GBH
Police arrested a 33-year-old man on suspicion of Grievous Bodily Harm with Intent following an assault in the Stramore Road area of Gilford at approximately 7pm on Sunday 23 August.
He was later released on bail pending further police enquiries.
Constable Lynda Dunlop said: “A 50 year old man sustained injuries to his face and head in this assault. He was taken to hospital for treatment to his injuries which are not believed to be life threatening.
