Man charged with supplying drugs

Michael Declan John O’Hare (34), Castleview, appeared at a preliminary enquiry last Thursday at Newry courthouse.

He faces four charges which are alleged to have happened on July 7 last year.

They are unlawful possession of a class A drug, cocaine, and having it with intent to supply, and unlawful possession of cannabis and having it with intent to supply. O’Hare was remanded on his own bail of £750 to appear for arraignment at Newry Crown Court on October 8.
