Man charged with having prohibited image of child

Christopher Anderson, Lawrence Square, Lurgan, appeared today (Wednesday, August 10) at Craigavon Magistrates Court.

He is charged that on September 3, 2014, he made an indecent photograph or pseudo photograph of a child and he had it in his possession.

Anderson is also accused of having a prohibited image of a child and possession of an extreme pornographic image on the same date.

He stood in the dock as a police officer said he believed he could connect the accused with the charges.

A public prosecutor asked for an adjournment until October 5 so that a full file could be obtained.
