The first is alleged to have happened on June 3 this year at a play park on Banbridge Road, Laurencetown.

He is also accused of speaking with a number of children at Newry Street, Rathfriland, on June 4, being at a play park at Cline Road, Banbridge, on June 5 and approaching a child at Hillside Park, Ballyvally, on June 5.

His solicitor told the court last week a bail application had been lodged with the High Court but had not been heard because McComb had been in hospital for four days.

McComb was remanded to appear again by way of videolink on July 23.
