Magherfelt mum scoops top award

MAGHERAFELT business woman and mum Roisin Ryan-Egan scooped the award of Best New Franchisee for the children’s creative arts and crafts sessions that she runs at The Creation Station Franchisee of the Year Awards.

Franchise owners from across the UK gathered on Saturday 9th February for the Inspiring Imaginations conference in Exeter Devon where the winner’s were announced.

Owner of The Creation Station Mid-Ulster Roisin said: “I was amazed to be shortlisted as there are so many inspiring Creation Station franchise owners all over the UK. I am so lucky to have the opportunity to support local parents, carer’s and their children by offering fun arts and crafts sessions. To receive the award is a huge honour”

Roisin who previously worked in Banking, swapped the desk, suit and brief case for paint, glitter and clay last August when she launched The Creation Station Mid-Ulster.

The Creation Station is the UKs leading and award winning children’s arts and crafts activity franchise that provides hands on arts and crafts experiences to give even very young children the opportunity to explore, discover and develop with a wide range of tried and tested materials. Classes are run in Cookstown and Magherafelt.
