Less of your lip - Colum’s doing it for Movember!

Cllr Colum Thompson as you just might see him at the end of the month after his participation in Movember!

Well, this is how Moyle councillor Colum Thompson might just look by the end of the month after participating in the charity moustache-growing event Movember!

Sin Fein Glens councillor Thompson is taking part in the now famous Movember event where people are sponsored to grow a moustache for the month of November with any money raised going to a good cause.

Councillor Thompson’s chosen charity is Macmillan Cancer Support and he is urging anyone who would like to sponsor him to go to his Just Giving web page. The web site address is www.justgiving.com/ColumThompson

Speaking about the event Councillor Thompson said: “I am sure that everyone has had a family member or friend who has been affected by cancer.

“Macmillan Cancer Support ensures that nobody has to face cancer alone and I feel that they are a very worthy charity.

“I haven’t decided what style of moustache to go for yet, people will just have to wait and see!”
