Housing Executive to advise on plans
Councillor Carol Black has asked the Deputy Regional Manager of the NI Housing Executive to advise the council of plans for the District for the rest of the year.
This followed Councillor Black requesting a list of refurbishment and kitchen schemes planned for the Dromore, Kinallen and Quilly areas between September and December 2014.
Councillor Black requested for the council to be advised of forthcoming schemes so constituents could be made aware of schemes they would benefit from. Councillor Marie Hamilton welcomed the proposed improvement works at Chestnut Place Banbridge and Castleview in Gilford.
Councillor Hamilton said she hoped that funding would be made available to complete this work.
