House prices continue to rise
The latest Ulster University Quarterly House Price Index has revealed that the average sale price in Lisburn now stands at £185,777, substantially higher than the Northern Ireland avergae of £141,173.
The price rise also marks a more substantial rise than the NI average of 5.2%

Hide AdOver the year, the Lisburn terraced/townhouse market recovered strongly with the average sale price rising by 13.5% to £137,869.
The local semi-detached house market also showed strong price gains with the average sale price up by 9.4% to £137,593.
Detached houses at £256,234, though slightly lower over the year, remain highly priced and there has been a significant increase in average sale price over the quarter.
Compared with the second quarter of 2014, the weighted increase was modest, at an NI average of just 0.3%.
The survey showed that the recovery in the volume of house sales in Northern Ireland was continuing, with 1,952 transactions recorded.
