House gutted by fire in Larne
The Times understands that police and Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service officers responded to the fire at a property on the Coast Road just before 12:30am. The fire had spread from the house causing damage to a number of vehicles parked in the immediate vicinity.
Speaking about the incident Sergeant Alan Lowry said: “While the cause of the fire has yet to be determined, we are appealing for anyone who saw suspicious activity in and around the property to contact us on the non-emergency number 101. Information can also be provided anonymously through the independent charity ‘Crimestoppers’ on 0800 555 111.”
