Golf club member ‘critically ill’
A council member of Banbridge Golf Club is in a ‘critical’ condition in hospital.
Trevor Woods, a prominent member of the club who won the Haughton Smyth Cup last year, is currently being cared for at Craigavon Area Hospital.
It is understood Mr Woods took ill at his home.
A spokeswoman for Craigavon Area Hospital told the Leader today (Tuesday) that Mr Woods’ condition is ‘critical’.
