Gilford man is charged with exposing himself
An 18-year-old man has been returned for trial to Craigavon Crown Court charged with carrying out an obscene act and exposing himself.
Frank McAlinden, Springvale Road, Gilford, appeared last Wednesday at a preliminary enquiry at Craigavon courthouse.
The charges against him allege that on July 3 this year he committed an act of a lewd, obscene and disgusting nature by exposing his person to a female and exposing his genitals intending someone would seen them and be caused alarm and distress.
McAlinden was remanded on £400 bail with the condition he does not have any contact with the injured party or any witnesses.
He is to appear for arraignment at Craigavon Crown Court on November 19.
