Flowers subject of Artana WI meeting

Miss Myrtle Meeke welcomed the speaker Mrs Jill Younge from Springdale Florals, Artificial Floral Creations.

Mrs Younge revealed how she started creating artifical flower displays after she found real flowers very expensive when she looking for her daughter’s wedding.

Mrs Younge went on to speak about how she set up a breast cancer group on Facebook after finding that she had no one to talk to once she started chemotherapy and radium treatment.

After this very interesting talk supper was served.
