Fine and points for defective tyre
At the local court on Thursday, John Paul Cummings (31) of Laurel Heights, Banbridge, admitted two charges of having a defective tyre on his car on July 24 of this year.
For each offence he was fined £70 and was also given three penalty points and ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy.
