The event will help people from Banbridge planning a ‘stay-cation’ in Northern Ireland this year explore the range of activities available in and around Craigavon.

Alderman Anderson Chair of the Development Committee at Craigavon Borough Council said, “We would be delighted to welcome people from Banbridge to Craigavon.

“We have a wealth of attractions available to us here in Northern Ireland not least the picturesque Slieve Croob. Here in Craigavon we want to let the people of Banbridge know what we have to offer for day trips and over night stays only 12 miles from home.”

Further details about the event, which runs from 10am until 5pm, and how to get to it are available at www.discovercraigavon.com or by contacting Craigavon Borough Council on 028 38313611.
