The Loughbrickland Black Evangelical Fellowship are holding an evening of praise, in the Sir Henry Wilson Memorial Orange Hall, on Tuesday December 9, at 8pm.

Special guest speaker will be the Rev. Thomas Martin, Minister of Lisburn Free Presbyterian Church who was brought up in Lurgan, during ‘The Troubles’. He was arrested, charged and then served a lengthy prison term.

It was in one of the most unlikely places, the Maze Prison that he was brought under deep conviction of his sin and brought to know Lord Jesus Christ as his own and personal Saviour.

After his release from prison he studied at the Whitefield College of the Bible for the ministry was ordained and installed as co-pastor of Lisburn Free Presbyterian Church on Monday, December 7 1998.

Victoria Salt from Annaghmore, one of the top young Gospel singers in the Province will make an appearance. A light Christmas supper will be served afterwards.
