Issues with Dromore development
Roads Service says it has not adopted Demesne Valley, Dromore as there are “outstanding issues” with the development.
The Service was responding to a recent question from Dromore Councillor Carol Black.
In a written response it says there are issues with Northern Ireland Water regarding a a pumping station.
In addition Street Lighting have not issued a certificate of completion and there is also an issue with TAS approval for a wall within the development
