Fairgreen recycling centre shuts

A recycling centre is to close for essential maintenance says Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon Council.

Fairgreen Recycling Centre will be closed to the public on Monday 16th and Tuesday 17th March for essential maintenance works.

A Council spokesperson said: “The temporary closure of the facility is to undertake essential repairs to ensure the centre is well-maintained, safe and accessible for customers and employees.

Alternative recycling centres open on Monday 16th March include:Newline Recycling Centre, Tandragee Rd, Lurgan; Banbridge Recycling Centre, Scarva Rd, Banbridge; Armagh Recycling Centre, Station Rd, Armagh; Rathfriland Recycling Centre, Iveagh Park, Rathfriland; Dromore Recycling Centre, Mossview Rd, Dromore

All Council Recycling Centres will be closed on St Patrick Day, Tuesday 17th March.
