“We are delighted to see that the investment has been made in Banbridge and this will no doubt encourage the people of Banbridge that the police presence in the town is being maintained.
“Concerns were raised with us regarding the closure of the station and the exit of a police presence so we see this as good news that the building is being utilised.
“We will continue to push for more police resources for the Banbridge area and will continue to hold to account senior officers to ensure sufficient resources are being deployed when required.”
