He was Nathaniel Wilkinson, Ballygowan Road, Dromore.

The court heard that on August 24 police were called to Market Square in Dromore at 6.30pm where the defendant was asleep on the ground outside the library.

A solicitor representing Wilkinson said he had a problem with alcohol and he had been previously fined for a similar matter.

He added that his client was seeking help and had spoken to his GP who had prescribed antabuse.

The solicitor said Wilkinson had been alcohol free since September 20.
