He was 33-year-old Jason Harper, Hunters Hill Parks, Gilford.

The charges he admitted were disorderly behaviour on August 7 this year, resisting police, obstructing a constable and possession of a class C drug, Zopiclone.

A charge of assaulting a police officer was withdrawn.

The case had been fixed for a contest on October 20.

A solicitor representing said that Harper, a self-employed plasterer, had a record.

District Judge, Mr Paul Copeland, adjourned the case until October 20 for plea and sentence.
