Dromore choir set for annual concert
Dromore and District Male Voice Choir - under musical director David Thompson and accompanied by Mrs Gertie Jameson -will stage its 59th annual concert in Dromore High School on Friday, March 18 at 8pm.
Introducing the artists will be Ian Coulter. Soloist Melanie Johnston taught music in Laurelhill High School before setting up a home tutoring service for voice, theory and piano. Also on the programme is Annalong’s Brunswick Accordion Band, which since it’s formation in 1958 has secured seven All Ireland Championship titles across various grades.
