“The message to anyone who finds themselves needing help should always be that it is ok to ask for help!

“Yellow Ribbon are making a real difference in our community – offering vital help and hope.

“Suicide must be tackled locally and this charity is on the front-line in helping to tackle it in this area.

“I pay tribute to the daily important work which Dr Arthur Cassidy and his team do to give help and support to those who so often feel they have no-where else to turn.

“Well done also to Walter and Eleanor for opening up their home to help raise money and awareness for this vital cause.

“And also thanks to everyone who came along to support the charity.”

The local MLA continued, “We must do all that we can to help anyone who feels they have no way out of their problems but to take their own life – this solution is permanent but problems are always temporary.

“Yellow Ribbon do so much in our community and I would encourage anyone who can help the charity or who may know someone who needs help and support to get in contact with them.
